Small bit of land with a converted barn type building and a few smaller converted buildings only 20-30 feet from the main house that could serve as detached one bedroom guest 'houses' or storage. Only the main house has plumbing, but all the buildings have electricity. There are chickens and a few goats. The plot is somewhere between half an acre and an acre and is inside the inhabited area close to the river (for fishing and swimming).
